Lello Esposito has been focusing on the relationship between contemporary art and tradition for over 30 years, through the reflection and artistic reworking of the symbols of Neapolitan culture such as Pulcinella. Mask the Egg, the Skull, the Volcano San Gennaro and the Corn, or in their various and possible declinations and metamorphoses. Known internationally for his ability to work on archetypes, symbols, the cultural imagination of the city of Naples, Lello Esposito likes to call himself "cult artist" in relation to his personal research and experimentation that over time has allowed him to contribute significantly to the creation of new forms of interpretation and representative of traditional Neapolitan icons.
